Filing Mississippi return

I prepared a Mississippi return which rejected on the 15th.  I corrected the error and am trying to refile it but am getting an error that says Electronic filing for 2019 Mississippi Personal is not yet available.  Not transmitted, the return failed the tax submission return validation step.  Make the necessary corrections.

What corrections?

I am thinking it must be since we are all having the same issues and typical, it happens on a weekend when no one is here.

I did the same thing for VA and CA returns, and I am receiving a similar message. Is this a system problem?
