FIGURES NOT POPULATING IN 2018 1040X. I ADDED 1040X AND THEN MADE CHANGES, NO FIGURES SHOWING UP, WHAT AM I MISSING?

If its been awhile since you updated 2018, you may need to use REFRESH UPDATES (not the regular update products) to get the 2018 1040x to work properly.

If you get the same results after refreshing updates, be sure you checked the box on the 1040X for 2018, not 2019 (no clue why 2019 is even a choice!)

I've refreshed and it doesn't seem to help. Still no figures showing up on the 1040x. I am amending to reflect a change from 1065 K-1 income. Original return showed a loss and amended return will be greater loss.

Does it make any overall dollar difference on the tax liability?
If you manually fill in the Original column, does the program fill in the Correct column?
