I always get error message when selecting "yes" for IRS to discuss the return with tax preparer

The phone number has been entered in tax preparer data bases

Are you checking the box for Third Party Designee on Part V of Tax Payer Information Worksheet

    some of my files give me that error as well, I clear the box and the program checks it again automatically, then its happy...I have no idea what the issue is!
