enrolling with sbtpg

this is my 6th year to purchase proseries and i just downloaded 2022 this morning but everytime i try to enroll on pay by refund it takes me to a window that says efin verification. i am wondering why it requires efin verifcation since i have been using it since

Have you ever sent your EFIN info into Intuit for registration? Chances are you'll need to call in and speak with someone, but this info may help
