Electionically filing NYS return

I'm attempting to e-file my first NYS non-resident return.  It is converting, but failing to e-file, but I am getting no explanation from the software as to why.

You ran through Review for NY and nothing popped up in the diagnostics?

Ok, a computer re-boot and it's working.  It was just like when the power goes off in your house, the first thing you do is look out the window and hope your whole neighborhood is out, not just you! Thanks, all.

    Have you registered with the New York Revenue Department?  See Options, Preparer Info, there is a block where that number must go.  CPAs, EAs, and Attorneys do not have this registration requirement.
