EIC Age Limit

I have a who is in their eighties, the client had a W2 for 700.  Once it is entered, proseries wants to give the client an earned income credit.  I thought the EIC had an age limitation of 65?  Has the age limit been expanded?

All the EIC rules changed for 2021 ONLY. 18-any age are eligible and the amounts for taxpayers without children have been increased substantially.
