EFILE issues

I am having trouble submitting returns.  My firm information is updated and verified in the account management section, but when I submit a return the program is telling me that my efin is not verified.  Any idea as to what is causing this?  HELP!

    go to tools-options-firm/preparer info

    next to preparer is a box marked ptin verified-put in a check if the number is correct

    should be good to go
