RETURN REJECTS SAYING THE PROGRAM IS NOT UP TO DATE

check for updates.. if none found, close PS, then open back up.

    If you updated and still get that message, you need to run Refresh Updates or Repair updates from the Windows programs menu.  (one screen shot is 2019, but 2020 is the same, just in the 2020 list)
