Efile a 2019 Amendment

I am trying to efile a 2019 amended return and it is not being transmitted.  I have updated the product, updated my pin date, run the review.  I am getting a message that the filing system is having difficulty recognizing the data I am sending.  Any suggestions?

EFiling is closed for all years except the current one and 2 years prior, so 2019 is outside the window, you can only paper file it.
