Due Dilligence with school closures.

A lot of my clients bring in student summaries from their schools which show enrollment date, and address on file.  With school closures, it is becoming harder for the clients to bring in documents since they can't just go into the school to get it.   So,  what is everyone doing for "due diligence" in this time frame since we are offering phone appointments.

other sources: report cards, 1095-A,B, or C, well baby visits, EOB's, learner's permits, student id cards(from school).  I have also used custody papers and court orders as well.  I am in Baltimore so rap sheets and wanted posters from the post office are useful too!

Its crazy, its like my clients don't keep up with anything and are perplexed every year when I ask for new documents.
