Do anyone know how to unlock return locked by another user

Highlight the file in HB
Tools > Unlock Client File doesnt work?

"locked by another user" usually means the computer thinks the file is being used.

Reboot the computer.  If you are on a network, reboot all computers.

      Ahhh, you get the message that says the file was locked by another user....guess I misunderstood the question/statement.
