Sch D, 1099B worksheet, but Id get the client to sign up with CoinTracker (or a similar service) to turn that data dump that Coinbase gives you into something usable for tax reporting.

    Buying and selling virtual currency is treated as buying and selling property.  That means the transactions are reported on 8949/Schedule D, so you would use the 1099-B worksheet in the program.
