Client won't transfer

I have one client that won't transfer to the 2020 program.

The 2019 1040 was filed on time with no issues but when I bring up the transfer screen in the 2020 version, that client doesn't show up.

Has anyone else run into this situation?

yes, check the file path on the prior return. You will need yo use that same path in the transfer window.

Youve double checked the file name?
maybe go back into 2019 and rename it?
