Client windows does not have a QMID. How can we e-file the return?

Per IRS QMID is for windows, but ProSeries will not allow e-file

    Are you sure they meet the requirements?  In the last two years I have only had 1 client that installed windows that actually qualified for the energy credit.

      I’ve had success having TP ask the installation company 

      If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
