Cant send email

I am trying to email the clients returns but it says email error with no other information. I have setup outlook as my default.

    Is your email 64 bit?  Do you have the 'desktop' version of Outlook on your computer?

      I do have the desktop version.

      I am not sure if it is 64 Bit as I am not able to find where it shows that or where to change it. I am using the new version of Outlook for Windows.
