Cannot remove license details for elderly client who cannot renew license without error

Alzheimers client no longer can renew drivers license but i cannot get program to acknowledge no license checkbox or did not provide checkbox error in program?

Try deleting the ID worksheet and then try checking one of the boxes.

Are you in a state that requires drivers license information? Its not required for federal filing purposes.

If you are preparing a state return for one of the states that has a Yes in e-file requirements the client would not be eligible for e-file.
