cannot open ProSeries 2019 program

When I click on the Pro Series 2019 icon I get a screen that asks if I want to allow the app to make changes to my device.  If I answer yes then nothing happens.  If I answer no I get a message: Error code 5.

Try clicking on your computer start menu.  Then click on ProSeries > repair updates.
