cannot log on to 2023 Proseries. Get message that credentials cannot be verified

I am trying to open the ProSeries 2023 and getting message that my creditials cannot be verified.  I am on a new computer that is Windows11 compatible.

Try turning computer off (not restart) disable any VPN, and then try again
