Cannot Enter ID Protection Pin

Am currently unable to enter a ID Protection PIN because the 1040 Worksheet cuts off around Line 17a (Recapture of Other Credits Worksheet) which is prior to where the ID number is entered. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix coming from Pro Series? Any ideas how to fix?

In Professional it is on the information worksheet, Part VI - Electronic Filing of Tax Return Information - Continued.

Right below the list of states to file is the

Identity Protection PIN: with a line for each of Taxpayer and Spouse.

I don't know if Basic is the same.

What do you mean "cuts off" ? Is the page blank below a certain point? There is a Windows display conflict that causes ProSeries on screen pages to get cut off.
