bug in schedule A line 11

If you enter a number directly on schedule A line 11, the program excludes it from the calculation of the schedule A total.  It also fails to ask about the above the line deduction.

just enter the amount in the smart worksheet and everything flows as expected, dont use the direct Line 11, 12 entries.
