Basic ProSeries Auto Renewal

I have no intention to continue my tax preparation services next year. How can I cancel automatic renewal of ProSeries Basic?

Please advise.

You need to contact customer support.  The right side of this page has a "Contact Us" option.  Look at the information you have from purchasing this program.  We can't help you cancel the auto renewal.  We are program users just like you.
