Airbnb

Client has Airbnb but it's attached to their home. How do you distinguish between the % of the Airbnb vs the % used for their main home? Do I report the rental on a schedule C or a schedule E since it's Airbnb?

allocate by square footage, total vs airbnb?

Sch c is only if they offer substantial services, like a bed and breakfast would...all this is easily researched with google, theres TONS of stuff out there about airbnbs
