I dont even see federal in the list yet.

The release date page is eerily silent as to the release date for the 990. But it does show the two "990" states as not being ready until the middle of February so I'm guessing it is still going to be awhile.

Isnt that the one that takes forever and people complain about it for a long time waiting for it?

It is always a moving target. It normally starts off as towards the end of January and then keeps moving back and back and back and back some more. Someone within Intuit must have complained that they got tired carrying the target around for so long that this year they just left the shooting lane open and didn't put a target up.
