2553 late election
I am receiving an error message that indicates "you have entered a date of S election that is later than the beginning date of the tax year" The Company was incorporated 0n 12/3/19 and I want S election to be at beginning of short tax year so I indicated 12/3/19 on form 2553 but receiving this error message. What am I doing wrong?
