How do I indicate joint ownership of a 1099-R in ProSeries Pro?

no such thing as a joint retirement account.

    👍 I agree with you Lisa... I cannot recall ever seeing a 1099-r form with both husband and wife on it... Just my opinion

      What is the name on the 1099-R? Why do you think that needs to be treated differently that what is shown?

      What type of account or retirement is this?

      Its a joint annuity.  Unusual but sometimes occuring.

      If you really need/want to treat it as belonging to both, divide everything in half and enter as two 1099-Rs.

      Must be a private annuity or charitable annuity.

      The more I know the more I don’t know.
