MY program does not list 1099-NEC.  why?

To prepare one or to enter into the 1040?

I noticed that too when trying to prepare a return today. Hopefully an update is in the works? I keep hearing Feb 4th.

Why would that hold you up?  You can just enter total sales into the schedule C worksheet ------- the 1099s don't get transmitted with the return.

    CPTAXMAN, if you go to the Sch C first and navigate to the income part, line 1b there is a quickzoom that will take you to the 1099-NEC. You may have used the tax forms box in the toolbar, which is what I did to look for the 1099-NEC and didn't see it.
