Line 30:  Will not allow me to list the dependents which did change from the original filing.  It says I

have to X the box for the year at the top of page 1.  I did that when I started the amended.

You mark that box BEFORE making any changes to the return...... mark the box, make the changes, then the original figures and the corrected info flow to the 1040X
