Why can't I print a return

No printer connected?

Printer not ON?

Printer out of paper?

.... ... ....  perhaps give a few details & someone might be able to decipher if it's a PTO software issue.

There is no direct printing function in PTO.  You always need to first create a PDF by following this process:

1. Click on the File Return tab;
2. Clicking on one of the options under Print on the left panel; and
3. Print the PDF that appears on the new tab or save it to your local storage.

To print a return for the first time, you must also credits for at least one return on your account.
