Return rejecting with code F8962-070

I have a return that has rejected with referenced code several times.  The 1095-A had zeros in the Second lowest cost column and there is zero PTC.  I assumed that the zeros in the Second Lowest Cost was causing the problem, and I went to the Marketplace site to determine that figure.  Client did not have coverage after 7/31/23, so those lines are zero, and I've changed to blank and tried to refiled again.  Nothing is working.

Posting here because support is closed and I need to get this return filed because client needs it to close on a new home.

Try entering "-1" instead of leaving those lines blank. -1 = zero in Lacerte and I think ProConnect.

I managed to figure it out!  Once I reached out to the client, they said they hadn't sent me the second 1095-A.  Go figure...
