Suddenly, today, the "CHAT" disappeared from the ProConnect platform, so that I can't ask any question in the real time.
I can't waste any more time than writing it here.
Why is the CHAT not available any longer?
When we need an answer just right away, who wants to waste time to wait and write it here, waiting for one or more days?
I hage this poor quality of customer service, as Intuit is really poor customer service provider.

The advantage of a peer community forum is that others might be having the same issue and already resolved it, so that would be here and no reason to spend time also with chat.
Also, you cannot necessarily get timely help through chat, but your peers are on the web as they work, just like you are.
Lastly, if you don't ask here, you will never get help here.
