1099 Interest from IRS

On the Interest page, what box do I enter interest received from the IRS on a refund?

I did not think it was in the US Bonds, t-bills box

I do not use ProConnect..........

 interest from IRS on a refund is treated the same as interest from a bank        Does that help?
