File 2848 and 8821 forms Submissions

Dear Community!

Do you all submit forms 2848 and 8821 when you e file the client's tax returns?

 

Or do you have clients sign them beforehand and upload to the IRS Tax Pro Account?

    I don't do either unless I am doing some representation work for the client or we need their transcripts for a particular reason.
