Bank link doesn't work

My accountant sent me an intuit link to fill out. I'm supposed to be able to link Fidelity to Intuit, but when I click "Let's do it," nothing happens. I tried this with a few other supported banks with the same result. Also tried a different browser with the same result.

What am I missing?
