Trying to download Lacerte years onto a new computer. Install package is successfully downloaded, but when I'm prompted to log in to access my PREP file, I am getting a message that says "the system is currently down". Has been going on for 24 hours. Have restarted the computer several times, installed and and deleted install packages. Any help?

I disabled antivirus and did a restart.. still receiving the same message
