Has anyone lost a client with a fatal error that erased all the data concerning that client after all current year input was completed & how can it be restored?
It MAY be a case of database corruption, but the detail themselves are actually still there. Look in your data pathe and see if you have the Client#.iD3 file still present. If it is there, CLPACK utility MAY be able to solve the problem. If it is *not, there then the tax detail are lost, check your backup utility.
