We have had two clients in two days call us to tell us that they can not upload documents to Intuit Link - both are clicking on "Upload Documents" as they normally would and the box just keeps spinning and spinning. They are never given an options to actually attach and upload a document.
I can't get the issue to replicate on my end - I can log in with a personal account and upload with no issues.
Any suggestions for the clients to try to see if they an bypass the constantly loading download screen?
