When tried to validate individual tax returns, ef status said "failed validation" see diagnostic. But, there is nothing in Diagnostic.
This client was ok on 3/31 when I tried to print client pdf returns. But yesterday when I tried to print client return again, it show "failed validation" on federal and state ef status in client list. I tried validation process again today, still same problem.
Taxpayer's signature date is missing (not ready to file yet). But, no such problem with other taxpayer when printing client's pdf returns for review.
Does anyone know how to clear this "failed validation" in client list?

Does it clear if you put in a date? DocuSign will capture the actual date that they sign and those 8879s just stay with you, so this is just informational. In my "Settings>Options>Tax Return>" I put "yes" to "Computer Date as PIN Signature Date."
And just to verify, this is to file an extension? And is it federal that's failing, a state, or more than one govt entity?
