After each update, I keep receiving an error message "Error while getting Calculation Data from Engine" and "Error: Exception" The system is not telling me what either of these means and I can't seem to get in touch with anyone at Lacerte.

Someone indicated it took them 3 hours to be told to do the FORCE install https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/how-to-perform-a-force-install-of-lacerte...
