How do I correct for Error Code 10 for the California Individual Tax Return E-file. Federal 1040 has been accepted and sent to the IRS. Message says to contact Customer Support. Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

If your firm did not file the return, then the issue is likely ID theft. Please contact support so that they can confirm what has been sent for CA and by whom. 1-800-933-9999. Best case is that your firm already filed the return and you should be able to see that by looking at the e-file status window via F4.
