How do I suppress a donee on a 709? I checked the box "do not use on 709 this year" but still get a critical diagnostic for missing date and fair market value.

Checking the Do not use on Form 709 this year box prevents certain Generation-Skipping transfers from appearing on Schedule A.
You can enter "1" in the delete this year field to stop the diagnostic.
