Lacerte Developer License - unable to get

I'm working with a client who wants to integrate Lacerte with other upstream and downstream software. I'm working remotely and I want to just explore the ODBC and SDK to see what can be done but I've been unable to obtain a developer's license. I filled out a form (see attachment) weeks ago and have received no response from Intuit. Is there any way to get a functioning Lacerte install locally to explore the SDK features?

For some reason the image isn't loading but I followed a link to submit a google form for obtaining Develop license, but no response in weeks:

I have achieved the same thing for my company using the Lacerte Bruidge SDK!

the SDK is free with the account you’re using on this forum

I doubt Lacerte is free or ever will be

Having the SDK but no Lacerte to connect to doesn't allow me to do any research, development, or testing. Intuit themselves have a process to request a Developer License. I have fill this out but received no response. Trying to add the image attachment.

This is a peer user public internet forum structure, not Intuit customer service. I recommend you do not post an image that will include personal info.

Did you follow this: "Please report issues and feedback on the SDK by sending a detailed email to LacerteEncryption@intuit.com"
