Where to enter Form 1095-C in Lacerte?

You don't. That is for employer provided insurance. You only input information for the premium tax credit which is provided on 1095-A. If that is what you meant to type, it is under 39 Premium Tax Credit. Depending on your state, there could be a Fed and state version.
