Does a conservatorship get reported on a 1041?

I believe a conservator simply oversees the care of an individual. Check with the court documents to see if they have authority to sign tax returns. I believe a standard 1040 is prepared and signed by the conservator. 

Hopefully someone with a more definitive belief will correct me if I am wrong.
