client recall function in Lacerte Tax

I see discussions about client recall function not working in Lacerte Tax, then I see that it was solved. But when I click on "go to solution" nothing happens. What is the solution to fixing this problem?

Thank you. We actually had an update after I was already in Lacerte this morning and apparently that fixed it! We stay on top of our updates and from the posts, I was expecting it to already be fixed. All is good now!

It appears that link the broken link you found, the recall function may have been broken again. Use Ctrl + L to open a fix it ticket with Lacerte and ask them directly. Post a solution if you find one.

@IntuitAustin may be able to dig out more information.
