Does Lacerte assign a complexity factor to clients so you can determine which level of staff to give the tax return to????

I doubt it. I use Pro Series, but what you are asking for is a function of the professional, not software.

Thanks. I cam from using UltraTax, and that was a feature.

Curiously, what was it based on, forms used?

No. You could use the prior year fee as an indicator.

I'm familiar with that in UT. I'll pass that to dev to look at.

The one thing I really wish development addressed is a To Do tab in diagnostics. It listed all entry fields that had data entered the prior year, but has not yet had data entered. You could click on it and it took you right to that input field. UT has that feature as well. It was one of my final review steps to check.
