2019 fiduciary and estate program access

I have a new computer.  I have access to the individual 2019 program but cannot access the fiduciary and estate tax programs for 2019.  Those items are grey on the Client - Tax Type menu

Sounds like you didn't click on those modules to download when you did the individual one.

1) Use WebSetUp & select those to download, including the appropriate states

2) Log in to "MyAccount" & download from there.
