2017 TurboTax Conversion

We need to amend a 2017 TurboTax 1040. We have the file, but the IMPORT > Client Data Conversion is grayed out.

I believe you have to send the file to Lacerte, then *they* convert it & return it to you.

And I'm not 100% sure that Lacerte can/will convert TurdoTax files like ProSeries does.
