- ProConnect tax returns:
  All ProConnect tax returns are purchased for a specific tax-year, meaning the taxable period from January 1 through December 31 (“Tax Year”), and are only accessible for use for such specific Tax Year. Unused tax returns can be used for the specific Tax Year purchased for up to 3 calendar years, so long as User Access is purchased for each calendar year (e.g. unused Tax Year 2025 tax returns may be used for 2025 taxes through December 31, 2028). User Access is required to access functionality in ProConnect services (sold separately). ProConnect Tax returns are credited to the Customer Account Number that purchased them and cannot be transferred to other Intuit accounts.
- User Access:
  As of January 1, 2025, ProConnect requires purchase of a separate, single user access license (“User Access”) in order to e-file and print tax returns, and to access other features, including reporting, support, IRS transcripts, Intuit Link, Intuit Tax Advisor, and K-1 delivery. Each User Access license is for a single user log-in and only provides access for the purchased calendar year (e.g., Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2025). A minimum of one User Access license must be purchased together with your tax return bank. User Access can be purchased for additional users, as needed. Firms requiring 10 or more users pay a flat fee of $1,049 for User Access. User Access prices are exempt from discounts and promotions.

- Intuit Tax Advisor:
  A paid User Access license for each user of ProConnect Tax is required to create and prepare Intuit Tax Advisor plans. Intuit Tax Advisor is for informational purposes only and should not be construed or relied upon to be legal or tax advice. Any advisory impact is speculative and not guaranteed.
