My response to the help I received from Xyavia

She was very helpful in assisting me in downloading the 2025 Intuit Pro Series that I had purchased.  Unfortunately every year I am not able to download the softare for the new years even when I have been using Intuit Pro Series Tax software for many years

 

PLEASE CORRECT THIS PRIBLEM

Hi @wvmarinocpa Great to see you in the Community and thanks for taking the time to recognize Xyavia. We have given this feedback to the right team so they know how helpful Xyavia was. For not being able to download ProSeries, it could be that there is an antivirus software on the machine that is not allowing it to be downloaded. Here is a support article that might help:

How to exclude ProSeries from real-time system scans

If this doesn't work, we recommend checking back in with ProSeries Support. They would be able to take a look to see why it cannot be downloaded.
