For not being able to download ProSeries, it could be that there is an antivirus software on the machine that is not allowing it to be downloaded. Here is a support article that might help:

If this doesn't work, we recommend checking back in with ProSeries Support. They would be able to take a look to see why it cannot be downloaded.
